Crew Management
We undertake complete Crew Management for our clients whereby all services related to crewing right from Sourcing of qualified and experienced crew, to arranging their deployment after getting their Pre-Joining Medicals done, arranging their travel and subsequent joining the vessel is arranged by our team.
Once on board we monitor our crews’ performance by regularly requesting for their appraisal reports from the vessel. We also monitor the contract tenure of each crew and arrange for his timely relief. Monthly payment of crew wages to their nominated accounts is arranged if desired by the Owners.
Once back on leave after a successful assignment, our team regularly liaises with the crew members to line them up for their next assignment. This way we have a pool of dedicated crew who are ready to join back with us as they are well looked after.
Technical Management
Our team of experienced Engineers and QHSE Team successfully handles this important aspect of Technical Management of vessels. We have experienced Marine Engineers knowledgeable on all aspects of Marine Engines, associated machinery and their maintenance. We routinely and effectively guide our ship staff if they encounter any problems which are beyond their ability.
This not only ensures that our vessels do not encounter any downtime due to machinery related issues, but also ensures that routine maintenance is effectively carried out on time to prevent breakdowns.

Basic purpose of training of JBS Marine training module is to develop new skills or improve existing one so that officers and ratings on board gain confidence to handle the situations and problems they are most likely to encounter.
The main objective of these courses is to develop following qualities in officers and ratings:
