JBS Marine & Logistics Private Limited was founded by Mr. Anil k. Verma. JBS Marine & Logistics Private Limited is a pioneer in international recruitment from India & we help in opening a window for opportunities across the Merchant Vessel & Cruising sector in all parts of the world.
We are an ISO 9001:2015 Company registered in Mumbai, the Financial Capital and Shipping Hub of India, and from our office in Navi Mumbai offer our reliable and cost effective services to our Clients all over the world.
We also hold a Recruitment and Placement Services Licence (RPSL) and MLC 2006 Certificate issued by the Director, Seamens Employment Office, Mumbai.

We are proud to be owners of a Crew Boat named ‘MB BSA’ which has been recently acquired and is being deployed for transportation of offshore seafarers and we are sure that this is just the beginning with plans for rapid and planned expansion. Purchase and/or more vessels of different types are being considered for being added to our fleet.

Mr. Anil Verma is an experienced Marine Engineer with years of sailing experience behind him. After quitting active sea service, he started Apple Marine Management Pvt. Ltd. in 2013 and through his sheer dedication and hard work he has guided his team to attain an enviable position in the shipping industry for Apple Marine. From it’s inception, Apple Marine has been associated with Saudi Aramco and to-date has placed more than 3000 seafarers on their vessels. Apple Marine, under the leadership of Shri Anil Verma can proudly state that it is the largest supplier of Indian Seafarers to Saudi Aramco.
Mr. Vipin Singh is also an experienced seafarer. After quitting active sea life, he was working with a reputed company for 15 years where he has acquired the necessary knowledge, handling and mastering various profiles from Crew Management, liaising with the Clients, Shipping and other related Authorities, attending Audits, etc. He is possessing varied and multifarious experience in the Shipping field which he now desires to utilize by joining hands with us and extending his valuable guidance.
A qualified Computer Engineer who has done B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering and M. Sc. in Bio Informatics. With an interest in the Shipping Industry and a desire to closely understand it’s functioning, she joined Apple Marine Mgt. Pvt. Ltd. as a Crewing Executive in 2013 and has risen to the post of Crew Manager in a short span of 8 years, handling and mastering various profiles from Seafarers Documentation to Sourcing Seafarers, to arranging Seafarers Joining, to planning and scheduling of Seafarers Joining/Sign-off and Repatriation, liaising with the Shipping and other related Authorities, attending Audits, etc. Her quick thinking, ability to understand challenging situations and take a calm and informed decisions has contributed to growth of Apple Marine Mgt. Pvt. Ltd. She has now graciously accepted to be a part of JBS and we look forward to her guidance and support.
